End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Vladimir Gutesa Preduzetnik BIM-IT (“BIM-IT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of BIM-IT software products, including Revit add-ins and related tools (“Software”).
By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
BIM-IT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software solely for your internal business or personal purposes, in accordance with the license type and subscription plan purchased.
The license is valid only for the duration of an active subscription or applicable trial period.
2. Trial License
The Software may be provided with a time-limited trial for evaluation purposes only.
Trial versions may be limited in duration or functionality and may not be used for production or commercial purposes.
3. License Restrictions
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
- bypass, modify, or interfere with licensing or activation mechanisms
- resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the Software without written permission
- use the Software in violation of applicable laws or regulations
4. Activation and Licensing
The Software may require online activation and periodic license validation using third-party licensing services.
BIM-IT does not have direct access to all technical identifiers processed by such third-party licensing providers.
License limitations (such as number of activations, duration, or subscription status) are defined at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of BIM-IT.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
6. Updates and Changes
BIM-IT may provide updates, improvements, or modifications to the Software from time to time.
Updates may be subject to an active subscription and may modify or remove certain features.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
BIM-IT does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIM-IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.
BIM-IT’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software during the applicable billing period.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination or expiration of a subscription, you must cease all use of the Software.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
